Meet the Team
Leon Hendricks
Founder | Masseuse & Personal Trainer
The world of being a Masseuse is something I have always had an interest in. I’ve always wondered what the best ways to rehabilitate a fatigued body, as well as intrigued by the speed in which active muscles recover after an intense performance. However, we often forget about massages that can also aid the speed and strength in which your muscles can recover by.

I have obtained a national qualification in Personal Training and Massage therapy. These two qualifications go hand in hand as I am able to identify specific exercises tailored to a body that will also be followed by a specific massage routine.
Jordan Bonaparte
Masseuse & Personal Trainer
Being a powerlifter and training for competitions I understand the importance of rehabilitation and recovery. Use of our muscles through the various intensities we place them under they can become tight, sore and strained. By incorporating a massage therapy program, this can lead to prevention of muscle tightness and soreness.
Having a personal training qualification has also helped in understanding the body and how to help it recover. Combine this with practicing massage therapy I am understanding what methods work best in providing good recovery and rehabilitation for all those who exercise and stay active.
